Mr Steve R Judd: Ascot’s corporate history is rich and diverse. Ascot bought over the West African Assets of the international firm Willbros on the 7th of February 2007. This feat was achieved by a group of Nigerian Core Investors. Ascot is 100% Nigerian owned and is a Local Content company. Ascot in Nigeria and West Africa is the leading company providing and implementing project partnering solutions in the Oil & Gas Sector for pipelines and associated facilities. She boasts of a solid track record and strong technical capability. Ascot through this acquisition, has gained a technical expertise of nearly half a century.
